Satama Hotel Cap-Haitien

We truly enjoyed our 7-nights stay. The staff were all pleasant and caring. In the restaurant they served authentic cuisine dishes. The service was absolutely great. Didn't expect to get wake up service for nothing, you guys rock.

There was a not comfy bed.

The staff were consistently courteous and accommodating made my stay very good. I was offered a room with stunningly beautiful views of this property. The location was excellent, not very far from Boukanye.

It was a fine experience.

Breakfast was FANTASTIC and we loved the restaurant where it was served. Stuff was funny and was always available. Airy room and a luxury bathroom. Remote location with scenic views. Restaurant was magnificent and well priced. Neat place and incredible service.

Incredibly beautiful place with excellent co-operating staff and very good wi-fi. Lots of food at continental breakfast including cereal, eggs, muffins, hot waffles and pastries to order. I liked the king room which was attractive. Clean hotel with a countryside location. Nice services too!

The area was really busy.

Fairly clean hotel in an amazing building so close to Haiti, the two unfinished bridges, the mountain. Variety of excellent food for meals. The pool area is nice too.

It was reasonably priced, compared to other conference hotels. Bed was very incredible, room was decent and stocked. Lots of various drinks, such as beers and wines in the bar. The location was quiet, convenient to go everywhere. I went to an incredible restaurant and loved the seafood dishes.

I would say it's interesting place for staying and exploring Cap-Haitien.

The stay was absolutely really unforgettable. Everything was superb, and it had excellent wi-fi. The rooms were well laid out and there was very clean swimming pool. I liked the breakfast food available in the restaurant. Bottled wines and beers in the wine bar, free parking place. The hotel has peaceful location just next door to - Haiti and the two unfinished bridges.

The views were quite bad.

I loved this hotel, its handy location & very hospitable staff. There were decent eggs, cereal, sausages, muffins and hot waffles in the morning. Venue was clean, being adjacent to the beach. The outdoor bar was executive and the drinks were tasty. The stay was restful.

Convenient base for discovering Cap-Haitien. Liked an iron, an electronic key card and a work desk in the room. Wonderful staff, provided information if needed. Great restaurant served local specialities.

This was very safe property with pleasant food and staff. In my case they offered Wheelchair Accessible room and that was great. The area was modern. Also, it was 1 mile from marche de fer.

The room was original, the bed was great, the staff were so efficient.

Caring staff & spectacular location, everything was perfect. I got free upgrade and loved it. The bed was extremely comfortable enough to me. Free parking onsite was provided.

The venue was always very neat, had superb staff and views. The beds where wonderfully comfortable, I slept well. They made my stay very enjoyable.

So clean hotel with a courteous staff and a simply delicious breakfast. The staff did all they can for a really great stay. Gorgeous view of pool. Pool was heated and beds were exceptionally comfortable. The fairly quiet area was good for celebrating birthday.

Our queen room included climate control, a personal safe and a work desk. Not far from the downtown, 20 minutes on foot.

Views and staff are great. The place is 0.9 miles away from Cap-Haitien downtown. Pool was amazing, comfortable to sit around. Very impressed with this superior hotel and would definitely come back there

We had an enjoyable experience here. Free WiFi was working perfectly. The view of the ocean from the room was fantastic! We appreciated to have evening drinks at Lakay, based nearby.

An excellent breakfast. The hotel was situated really close to the Caribe Tours bus stop, just 10 minutes walking distance. We really enjoyed the fact that we chose satama...

The food was great, service was excellent and the view was BEAUTIFUL. Staff went out of way to help.
